Chefs are trained to use an ancient recipe for acidifying the rice to make our sushi rolls with the freshest of vegetables and a large range of fillings including the best cuts of fish, beef, chicken, chicken schnitzel and crab to name a few. We have offered our uniquely prepared brown rice rolls since August 2009. We also have a large assortment of sushi boxes either in sliced roll format or nigiri format (where fillings sit on top of rice).

Japanese noodles are a popular food that can be enjoyed chilled with dipping sauces, in soups, stir-fried or in salads.
Ramen is a real Japanese favourite and is a yellow coloured, thin wavy wheat based noodle often eaten in a soup with vegetables and a cracked egg stirred in. Udon noodles are thick, white wheat based noodles served up in a hot broth and topped with tempura, meat, egg and vegetables.
Our glass noodle stir fry includes vegetables and meat with the glass noodles made from sweet potatoes and served on a bed of rice.

A most experienced Chef was invited to Sydney in 2009 and designed our range of bento boxes exclusively with the main meal served with rice and coupled with salad, tempura, sushi and miso soup to provide a complete “lunch box” or “bento box” experience for those people on the go which can be eaten in house or taken away. Some examples include teriyaki chicken, marinated scotch fillet, chicken schnitzel, Japanese curry, spicy seafood and kimchi fried rice
